![]() ![]() When I have spent the last two / three weeks messaging their support chat with them almost ALWAYS being offline (different days, different times, everytime), sometimes seeing they "read" the message, but NEVER returning it (even though they state they will). But after they have enabled the legacy program to constantly pop-up marketing for their subscription multiple times per day without having a way to reduce or stop them, I was put on the fence. I was planning on using this period to weigh getting the subscription within a year or two. I've decided to use this legacy app and deal with not having the latest cool updates that would come. Though I know some folks are upset that the app all the sudden went to subscription-based, I am actually someone that honestly agrees that in order to keep quality up there is a cost and subscriptions are the current method for that. I've decided to stay with the legacy app and not upgrade yet. Performance and customer services caps a once great product ![]()
